My Story

You know that moment when everything just clicks, like the puzzle pieces finally fall into place? That’s exactly what happened for me. What started as a way to survive a pandemic by launching a virtual assistant (VA) business in 2020, quickly became a realization: my skills are exactly what small businesses need to grow and thrive.  In fact, my very first VA client was an NP (nurse practitioner) who's business model was helping other nurses start niche businesses, whether that was brick and mortar or online.  I started out as her Instagram Social Media Manager, and before I knew it, I was also her Marketing Manager who was managing a team of 10+ contractors.  Then came the next client was also in the healthcare field and I already knew she needed help building this business from the ground up, so I was ready to take on the challenge. Businesses that are making a difference in the world is something I’m passionate about. I offer tailored support that aligns with your values, allowing you to focus on what you do best — making a positive impact in your field. I like to keep things as simple and straight forward as possible.  I have a flat hourly rate of $50/hour regardless of which package you choose to best fit your business needs.  
 

My retainer model allows me to ensure I have dedicated time set aside for your specific needs monthly.  This allows me to provide exceptional service, and we can intentionally make the most of our time together.

I've worked with several CRM's (client relationship management) platforms since starting my business, and this is by far my favorite.

I use a few types of project management tools for various reasons (mainly complexity of projects). Trello is one I use for creative projects such as building a content calendar for social media. Another is Clickup (listed above) that I use for teams, which has a robust dashboard full of great options for setting up streamlined operations and team collaboration.

Project Management

There are several great options out there for CRM's (client relationship management), but among my favorite include Honeybook, Dubsado, and Hubspot. I have a blog about Honeybook you'll want to check out - I'm also a Honeybook Educator if you have a CRM setup need, or any questions.

Cloud storage is a no brainer when it comes to business. You need to house those documents and attachments somwhere, so Google Workspace is my go to for this!

My favorite communication tools for teams to discuss projects in real time are Slack (this is at the top), Voxer, and Google Chat (which is also included in Google Workspace accounts).

My invoicing is done in my Honeybook account (they have some great transaction rates), but I've also used Square.

My scheduling tool is Calendly, which I have connected to my lead capture form, but can also be used as a solo calendar. I've also used Acuity, as well as Honeybook's built in scheduler.

I've built several websites on Wix as well as Squarespace and Wordpress. Wix is my favorite to build on for several reasons - it's user friendly, has a built SEO assistance, a built in CRM, connects to Google analytics, great customer service, and more.

Website Design

Not everyone has an eye for design from scratch, but Canva is my go to for social media graphics, as well as light video and photo editing. For more in depth photo editing, I use Photoshop.

Visual & Graphic Design

Depending on the type of video content I'm editing, I use a couple of different tools - Black Magic's Divinci Resolve for long form, and Capcut or Canva for short form (think reels, stories, etc.)

Book a Google Meet Video Chat.  If we decide we're a good fit to work together, we'll first peel back, layer by layer, details of our entire project collaboration.  We'll map out your goals and vision for the business, discuss your needs, and come up with a game plan together to meet those goals.
